Jeneece and Ten Friends locked in Chocolate Shop!

In April of 2008 Jeneece attended "The BC Neurofibromatosis Foundation's" annual Dinner and Auction.  She happened to be sitting at the table with owner of Bernard Callebaut's Chocolate store Brad Potentia.  Jeneece must have left quite an impact on this very nice gentleman.

One of  the auction items was a certificate to be locked in his shop after hours with 10 of your friends, to learn how he makes the most delicious truffles.  (Perhaps to learn how cadbury gets the caramilk into their chocolates.)

On Friday evening, November 21st, 2008, with the help of some very special friends from LA Limo service Jeneece and her friends travelled in style to Bernard Callebauts Chocolates.

Jeneece got the keys from Brad and locked the shop. All eleven of us got the opportunity to make truffles.   We also learned that truffles do not come from truffela trees.Making our own truffles

We would like to say thanks to BC Neurofibromatisos Foundation and Brad from Bernard Callebaut's Chocolates for allowing us the opportunity to share the secrets of chocolates.  The truffles we made were awesome and it was such a pleasure to share this wonderful evening with my friends.
